Siblings Club

At the Trust we look after the whole family, and the siblings are no exception!

Our Siblings club is a time for the sibling’s to shine and is organised with specific themes – we have afternoons of learning sports, getting creative and having lots of fun. Each session will be a combination of:

  • Performing Arts Camp – Music, drama & theatre, creative play etc
  • Sport and Wellbeing Camp – Yoga practise, meditation, fun sports lessons etc
  • Creative Camp – focusing our efforts on different creative projects over the year – e.g. clay sculpting, painting, digital art etc

Siblings of disabled children can sometimes feel isolated or left out – by no fault of anyone in the family – or they might be young carers themselves. This sibling club is about alleviating any stresses or worries they have, even for a few hours. Having time to bond with other children who are in similar positions to them is really important and we always have raving reviews from the children!

Sessions run every couple of months, dates to be confirmed here soon – please get in touch if you feel your child would like to be a part of this club, on abi@crtcharity.org
