Our Fundraising and Events Manager, Rachel is a member of the Athena Crowborough Ladies networking group. During December, the Trust were extremely lucky to be chosen to receive donations from both the Athena East Sussex and the London Athena Christmas parties.
The East Sussex party took place at the Hydro Hotel and began with a game of tops and tails, a delicious festive meal and ended with an online auction bringing the total raised to an impressive £393.50 for CRT.
The London Christmas party was held at the lovely Melia White House Hotel and raised an astonishing £1,479.88 in their Christmas auction.
These funds will make a huge difference to the care we are able to provide for children with disabilities and their families in Sussex and we are extremely grateful to each and every person who donated a prize, attend the event and placed bids in the auction. A huge thank you as well to everyone who organised the event and for your continued support.
