The Children’s Respite Trust is delighted to announce that tickets are now on sale for our highly anticipated No Place Like Home Masquerade Ball, taking place on Saturday 14th November 2026 at the Winter Garden, Eastbourne.

The event was officially launched alongside the sponsors and Ambassadors, who came together to show their support for both the upcoming Masquerade Ball and the wider No Place Like Home campaign, which aims to secure a new permanent home for the charity’s services.

The Trust would like to extend its sincere thanks to Garry at Saxon Designs for generously hosting the launch event, and to Nicky Thomas at NXPhoto for beautifully capturing the evening.

Celebrating an evening of elegance, entertainment and community spirit, the Masquerade Ball will bring together supporters, businesses and local residents for a glittering black-tie event in support of children with disabilities and their families across Sussex.

Guests can look forward to a sparkling evening featuring a welcome drink on arrival, a delicious three-course dinner, live entertainment, fundraising activities and dancing late into the night.

This year’s event forms a key part of the No Place Like Home campaign, an exciting initiative focused on securing a new, permanent home for the Children’s Respite Trust and ensuring that vital services can continue to grow and support future generations of families.

The Children’s Respite Trust is proud to be supported by a fantastic group of local businesses whose generosity is helping bring the Masquerade Ball to life. We would like to thank NRG Mortgages Ltd, C J Thorne & Co Ltd, We Are RAM Construction, Rob Slater Not Just Travel, Brufords Jewellers, Edkins Millward, LMDB Accountants, Saxon Designs, Sparc PM Ltd, WestWays Vending, DT Decorators, Page Property Consultants and Wards Group Ltd for their support of this year’s event.

Rachel Wood, Fundraising and Events Manager at the Trust, said: "We are delighted to launch ticket sales and look forward to welcoming guests for what promises to be a truly memorable evening. Every ticket purchased will help us continue our important work and support those who need it most."

The Children’s Respite Trust provides respite care, specialist nursery places, family activities and support to families caring for children with disabilities and complex needs. Funds raised through the Masquerade Ball will help ensure these vital services remain available to those who rely on them, while supporting the charity’s vision for a permanent home from which to expand our impact.

Tickets are available now, and businesses interested in supporting the event are encouraged to get in touch to learn more about sponsorship opportunities.
