We have been lucky enough to receive ongoing support from Wealden District Council as one of the Chairman‘s chosen charities this year.
Gavin and Rachel were today presented with a cheque from the Chairman himself, Mr Ron Reed for £133 which was raised during the Council’s Jubilee celebrations at Pevensey Castle on Thursday 2nd June 2022. The Trust donated a Hamper made up of donations from Applegreen Garage in Uckfield and various other treats. Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets and congratulations to the winner!
A number of our families were invited to attend the Jubilee celebrations, which included a tour of Pevensey Castle and live entertainment. The children were also lucky enough to receive teddies from the Chairman.
We are very grateful to the Chairman and his team for their continued support and to the Council for hosting a number of our Treat Boxes throughout their offices.
